2. Our services

AI-Pro Alethen provides software for finance automation, including Sổ Hóa Đơn (e-invoice retrieval and organization) and Cloud Transfer (file transfer between Google Drive and Microsoft OneDrive). Product features may change as the products evolve.

3. Your responsibilities

• Use the services only for lawful purposes and with accounts and data you are entitled to access.
• When a product connects to third-party services (such as Google, Microsoft, or Vietnam's national tax portal), you are responsible for complying with those services' terms.
• You remain responsible for reviewing outputs (for example downloaded invoices and reports) before relying on them for tax or accounting filings.

4. Availability and liability

The services are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep them available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free output. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI-Pro Alethen is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the services.

5. Intellectual property

The website content, product names and software are the property of AI-Pro Alethen unless otherwise noted. Your data remains yours.
