AI-Pro Alethen (“we”, “us”) builds software for finance automation. This policy covers this website (ai-pro.alethen.me). Our products — such as Sổ Hóa Đơn (hoadon.alethen.com) and Cloud Transfer — process data inside those products; product-specific data handling is described within each product.

2. What this website collects

• No accounts, no tracking cookies. This website does not require sign-up and does not set advertising or analytics cookies of its own.
• Technical logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard request data (IP address, browser type, timestamps) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
• Email you send us. If you contact us at support@ai-pro.alethen.me, we receive your email address and message content.

3. How we use it

• To operate, secure and improve this website.
• To reply to your enquiries and provide support.
• We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your data for advertising.

4. Product data (summary)

• Cloud Transfer moves files between your own Google Drive and Microsoft OneDrive accounts at your direction, using OAuth access you grant; file contents are transferred, not sold or used for any other purpose.
• Sổ Hóa Đơn retrieves e-invoice documents from Vietnam's national tax portal and issuer portals using credentials and permissions you provide inside the product, and organizes them for your accounting work.

5. Sharing

We share data only with the infrastructure providers needed to run our services (for example Cloudflare, Google and Microsoft when you use connected features), or when required by law.

6. Your choices

You may ask us what personal data we hold about you, and request correction or deletion, by emailing support@ai-pro.alethen.me. We respond within a reasonable time.

7. Changes

We may update this policy; the current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date.
